Why practice Yoga with LaVerne?
While my workouts focus primarily on Yoga's physical techniques; they also incorporate meditation to help relieve deep-seated stress and anxiety, enabling you to experience Yoga's greatest gifts; stress release and inner peace.
I am always concerned about the well being of the students, making sure they are learning the correct form and getting the most out of the class. I strive for excellence in myself so that I can share that excellence with my students.
