Intentions Continued

An example of this within my own journey was when I decided it was time to make a commitment to improve my health.  I had some health concerns with my blood pressure, insomnia and stress.  I had to make some major changes in my diet and exercise program. 

My yoga teacher advised me to do yoga daily.  I did not realize in the beginning that inorder to really see results, you have to practice yoga on a daily basis.  Once I made that commitment, I began to see enormous results.  My physical and emotional health improved greatly, which in turn allowed me to enjoy a greater quality of my life and my relationships.  I learned how to relax and meditate; which really improved my sleep.  Yoga is so wonderful.  You have to try it for yourself.
