Relaxing at Home

  • Keep elevated music playing softly throughout the day and night.
  • Recognize when you are beginning to feel out of balance emotionally and mentally.  Excuse yourself for a few minutes, drink some water; and go to a private place.  Sit and breathe long and deep, or do Breath of Fire.  Talk to yourself as your own best friend.
  • Eat a few raisins in the late afternoon for energy.
