Staying Relaxed Throughout The Day

At The Office

  • Type with the pads of the fingers, not the tips, to protect the sensitive tips and the brain areas they reflex to.
  • Get up every few hours and stretch down to your feet.  Breathe deeply and hang forward or hold onto the desk and stretch.  Roll your head around on your neck slowly in both directions.
  • Anytime during the day that you feel tired or depressed, drink a full glass of water.  After working for a few hours on the computer, take a break and put a cold wet paper towel on your face, eyes, and back of neck, and wash your hands in cold water.  This is to protect your nervous system from the effects of the magnetic field of the computer.
  • At least once a day, move 8 feet or more away from the computer and eat fruit for rejuvenation.
